Our mission is to develop a plan to preserve and document the history of Newberry County.  We strive to foster a love of local history, to collect, preserve and display historical artifacts, books, manuscripts, charts, photographs, genealogies and similar items.

We are also grateful for gifts or loans of artifacts and other historical items for our museum.  All donations and gifts are tax deductible under Internal Revenue Code Section 170(c)(2)
